When buying a home, know who your real estate agent is working for!

If you buy a home through me, I will ask you to sign a form called a "Buyers Agency Agreement." When you sign this form it signifies that I, as YOUR Real Estate Agent, work EXCLUSIVELY for you, the Buyer. All through the buying process I will be working soley on your behalf; keeping YOUR best interests in mind.

Preapproved financing increases your ability to move quickly when we find your dream home.
